Welcome to TtytViral. By using our mobile application, AI Studio, and website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TtytViral, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TtytViral is a video creation and sharing platform that allows users to:

  • Create AI-generated videos using TtytViral AI Studio
  • Clone voices and add custom voiceovers to videos
  • Recreate and transform existing video content with Smart Recreate
  • Chat with an AI assistant for creative inspiration
  • Watch videos from other creators and earn coins
  • Import videos from YouTube and TikTok
  • Use coins to promote and feature their content
  • Purchase Video Coins for AI Studio features
  • Convert Viral Coins to Video Coins
  • Participate in the community leaderboard
  • Refer friends for rewards

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use TtytViral, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit the coin system
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Impersonate other users or entities

4. Coins and Virtual Currency

Coin Types

TtytViral operates a dual-currency system:

  • Viral Coins: Earned through engagement (watching, commenting, referrals, rewarded ads)
  • Video Coins: Used for AI Studio features (video generation, voice cloning, smart recreate). Can be purchased directly, or converted from Viral Coins at a ratio of 5 Viral Coins = 1 Video Coin.

Earning Viral Coins

Viral Coins can be earned through:

  • Watching videos (2 coins per video)
  • Commenting on videos (5 coins per comment code redemption for both parties)
  • Watching rewarded ads (1 coins per ad)
  • Referral rewards (5 coins per referral)
  • Redeeming promotional codes

Spending Coins

  • Viral Coins can be used to: Feature videos (50 coins), import additional videos (100 coins per extra import), boost video visibility, or convert to Video Coins
  • Video Coins can be used to: Generate AI videos (From 5 coins per generation), access Smart Recreate, use Voice Cloning, and other AI Studio features

In-App Purchases

Video Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases via Apple Pay (iOS) or Google Pay (Android). All purchases are subject to the respective platform's refund policies. Prices are displayed in your local currency.

Important Notes

  • Coins currently have no monetary value
  • Coins currently cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Coins are non-transferable between accounts
  • We reserve the right to modify the coin economy
  • In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy

5. AI Studio — Content Generation Policy

Overview

TtytViral AI Studio enables users to generate videos, clone voices, recreate video content, and chat with an AI assistant. All AI-generated content is subject to the following policies.

Acceptable Use

You may use AI Studio to:

  • Generate original creative video content from text prompts
  • Recreate and transform your own video content
  • Clone your voices for legitimate creative projects
  • Seek creative inspiration and content strategy from the AI chat assistant

Prohibited AI Content

You must NOT use AI Studio to create, attempt to create, or request content that:

  • Depicts minors in any harmful context — any content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, violent, or exploitative situations is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance
  • Contains explicit nudity or sexual content — including sexual acts, explicit nudity, or suggestive material
  • Depicts graphic violence — including gore, blood, weapons targeting people, torture, or self-harm
  • Promotes hate speech — content targeting protected groups, slurs, or supremacist material
  • Facilitates dangerous activities — including drug manufacturing, weapons assembly, or hacking instructions
  • Enables harassment or bullying — content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals
  • Creates deepfakes — content that impersonates real people without their consent, including celebrity likenesses
  • Spreads misinformation — fabricated news, election misinformation, or voter suppression content
  • Infringes intellectual property — copying or reproducing copyrighted characters, brands, or works

Content Safety Measures

TtytViral AI Studio employs multiple layers of content safety:

  1. Input Safety: All prompts and reference images are screened before generation begins. Content that violates our policies is blocked at this stage.
  2. Output Safety: Generated videos are scanned by responsible AI filters after rendering. Videos that are deemed policy-violating are blocked from delivery, even if the prompt appeared innocuous.
  3. Content Analysis: AI-powered analysis screens for harmful content categories including hate speech, dangerous content, sexually explicit material, harassment, and civic integrity violations.

Best Practices for Successful Generation

To ensure your content generates successfully:

  • Use medium or full-body shots as reference images rather than close-up face shots
  • Use original characters or clearly fictional/artistic images rather than recognizable real people
  • Keep clothing and context appropriate in reference images
  • Avoid children entirely in reference images — the safety system is highly sensitive
  • No weapons, blood, or violence in reference material
  • Use illustrations or stylized art over photorealistic faces for lower block rates
  • Keep prompts neutral — avoid words that could trigger safety filters even in innocent contexts
  • Use high-quality, clear images — blurry or compressed images may be flagged

Content Moderation & Enforcement

  • Content that violates these policies will be blocked automatically
  • Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination
  • We reserve the right to review and remove any AI-generated content
  • AI-generated content may occasionally be blocked due to non-deterministic safety filters — you may retry generation if you believe the block was in error

Ownership of AI-Generated Content

  • You retain usage rights to AI-generated content created through your account
  • TtytViral reserves the right to use anonymized data to improve our services
  • AI-generated content should not be represented as human-created without disclosure
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws

6. Imported Content Guidelines

You may only import videos that you own or have rights to share. You agree not to import:

  • Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Sexually explicit or adult content
  • Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Spam, scams, or misleading content
  • Content that violates platform guidelines of YouTube or TikTok

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

7. User-Generated Content & Community Standards (EULA)

By using TtytViral, you agree to the following End User License Agreement (EULA) regarding user-generated content. This agreement is a condition of using the service.

Zero Tolerance Policy

TtytViral maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user who posts, shares, imports, or generates content that is objectionable — including but not limited to content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, excessively violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that exploits minors in any way — will have their content immediately removed and their account permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following abusive behaviors:

  • Harassment or bullying — targeting, threatening, intimidating, or repeatedly contacting other users in an unwelcome manner
  • Hate speech — attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
  • Spam or manipulation — posting repetitive, misleading, or deceptive content to exploit the platform
  • Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or entity
  • Doxxing — sharing another person's private information without consent
  • Incitement — encouraging violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
  • Exploitation of minors — any content involving minors in harmful, suggestive, or exploitative contexts

Content Moderation & Reporting

TtytViral employs the following mechanisms to moderate content and prevent abuse:

  1. Automated content filtering — AI Studio content is screened by safety filters before and after generation. Violating content is blocked automatically.
  2. User reporting — All users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
  3. User blocking — Users can block other users to prevent seeing their content.
  4. Manual review — Our team regularly reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these community standards will result in one or more of the following actions, at TtytViral's sole discretion:

  • Content removal — objectionable content will be removed immediately
  • Warning — the user will be notified of the violation
  • Temporary suspension — the user's account will be suspended for a specified period
  • Permanent ban — the user's account will be permanently terminated, with forfeiture of all coins, data, and access
  • Legal action — in cases involving illegal activity, we may report the conduct to law enforcement authorities

Acknowledgement

By creating an account and using TtytViral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these community standards. You understand that TtytViral has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, and that violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate the coin system through fraudulent means
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
  • Attempt to hack or exploit the platform
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Circumvent any security measures or content safety filters
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service
  • Use AI Studio to create content that violates our AI Content Generation Policy
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models or systems

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

TtytViral and its original content, features, and functionality — including AI Studio technology — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you import. By using TtytViral, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the platform. For AI-generated content, you retain usage rights subject to the AI Content Generation Policy above.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of the AI Content Generation Policy
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Extended inactivity
  • Legal requirements

Upon termination, your coins and data may be deleted.

11. Disclaimers

TtytViral is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Accuracy of view counts or statistics
  • Preservation of coins or data
  • Results from using the platform
  • Success of AI-generated content or consistent generation outcomes
  • Availability of specific AI features or capabilities

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TtytViral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content outcomes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TtytViral operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
